Summary: I’ve been a homeowner for 20 years and have FINALLY found a contractor who stands by his work! Mark has performed beyond all my expectations (and I'm extremely detail oriented) and will not compromise the quality of his work or cut corners to save a buck. With no reservation, I personally recommend Mark as he is qualified in all aspects of building and design. During the remodel process, at the end of each day, my home was left clean and useable which was huge for us. On top of this, the job was completed on time and on budget. What a concept!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His quality of work was comparable to that of a much higher priced contractor. The job ran smoothly and efficiently and was completed sooner than I originally thought. Mark is a fair and honest contractor and I would hire him again if the need arises. My thanks to Mark and his crew for a job well done!

Summary: Mark Foti Building constructed our new home and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed and with Mark's professionalism during the project. I was also very impressed with Mark's sub-contractors. During construction, we made many changes that increased the scope of work and feel that the price adjustments were extremely reasonable. He made sure that the work was done on time and on budget and was excellent quality. What most impressed myself and my husband about Mark's honesty and integrity. If he says something will get done, you know it will. I would not hesitate to hire Mark Foti Building & Design again if I ever do another remodel or if I ever do a new build.

Summary: As a real estate broker, I occasionally buy homes to remodel or rebuild for resale. I definitely plan to hire Mark Foti as the General Contractor again. He is currently 75% complete with constructing a 4700 sq.ft. custom home for me. This project involves many complex excavation, foundation and design aspects that Mark handles with skill and professionalism without "cutting corners" but still keeping costs down. Mark has great relationships with his subcontractors who are skilled, loyal and honest and do quality work at competitive prices. His full-time crew helps him to handle the difficult tasks of foundation, framing and finish carpentry. I've seldom met anyone in the building trade that has as much integrity as Mark Foti.

Summary: I chose Mark Foti because we have known him for 30 years and have looked at many jobs that he has completed locally. He has an impeccable reputation in the community for honesty and for providing high quality work at a reasonable price. He recently completed a full remodel and added a second story to our home and we are more than thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Mark Foti and would be happy to hire him again.

Summary: I would use Mark Foti Building Design again because of the beautiful and thorough job he did with remodeling my home in Emerald Hills. Mark managed the full remodel with professionalism, stayed within his original estimate and schedule. He was very patient with me when I made several last-minute changes and was very kind to assist me with some very difficult issues related to building permits. I do plan to use him in the future for an addition and changes to my new home in Menlo Park.

Summary: Mark Foti Building did a spectacular job with our 3000 sq. ft. home remodel and addition. He and his subcontractors worked diligently at staying on schedule and within budget. We are so please with the georgeous outcome. Mark is professional and trustworthy and is a pleasure to work with. It is amazing how well he handles stressful situations that seem to always come up in construction. I will definitely use Mark Foti Building for any future home building needs.
